Very happy with the service from Chris, she took care of all the arrangements for me when my uncle passed away and I had to fly to Texas. I was very happy with everything and it was all in close proximity to my hotel. This made being in a strange city so much easier, the rental car place was just around the corner and the airport was also close. The room was fine considering it was so last minute and only for a few days. :) Thank you Chris for making this a very comfortable trip for me. :)

Gold Country Travel was referred by a friend and I was very happy with the price and package I got. That is until we reached Hawaii, I was very embarrassed because we were to have breakfast included with our package. The Hotel, The Beachcomber Inn was very inconsiderate and treated me like a second class citizen, however, when I called my agent she got on it right away and apologized for the way we were treated. I felt bad calling her all the way from Hawaii but they had a number for me to call in case anything went wrong. S... read more

Excellent customer service and great communication. Agents go the extra mile to give customers exactly what they want and may even send them special gifts while on their vacations. A++++++!!!!
