I’m writing this review specifically because of Dan, the manager at Gold Country Run & Sport in Rocklin. I walked into the store at 57 years old, overweight, and trying to find my way back to better health. I went there for the first time today. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of shoes they carry. I found great shoes for work as well as my dance class. The foot assessment and service are top notch. A+
My wife brought me here after her experience. Dan was awesome, walked me through the whole process, showed what options would work best for me. Time well spent, chose the Hoka Gaviota 6 and the insoles that would help me out. Thanks Dan.
Second time I’ve been to this place. Dan was super helpful last time and I thought I’d give them an another try because the shoes he recommended really worked out well for my routine. I live in San Diego but I’m up here visiting my folks and I bought another pair yesterday. Reza and Dan were very friendly and helpful, store is clean and well stocked, keep it up gentlemen!
Went in today to get some new running shoes. Dan helped me out and he was awesome - very attentive, encouraging and patient! Highly recommend!
