A client of mine was closing his account with them and the monthly payment we drafted was promptly returned. However, they still charged \$5.00 per day for overdrawing the account even though they didnt honor the draft. The kicker is that they didnt notify him until 2 weeks later, leaving him with \$100 in fees for a payment they didnt even make! Wow! I finally like a bank I have dealt with many banks and have found none of them a place I'd like to visit a second time - that is until I found Gold Country Bank. They are friendly and courteous. They are actually glad to have my business and don't act like they're doing me a favor. They really now how to provide great customer service.
