This place sucks. This is not a family owned business and The guy Jim is a lier. They are pulling the old bait and switch routine on people. I went there with 20 grams of 14k gold and all of a sudden it turned to 10K possibly 9k. What a joke. I went down the street to another complete stranger that did not advertise at all and he killed him on price. This place suckkkkkkssssssss
