These guys are amazing, both Courtney and Rafe are so helpful. My blinds were put in over 5 years ago. One of the posts came loose and Rafe came all the way to fix it almost immediately. Didnt even want to charge me( l insisted). Would definitely use them again and suggest you do the same if you're looking for verticals
