Very nice staff, good massage
Very disappointed with the service I received yesterday. I visited the shop in the morning to book a massage and was told to return at 3pm. I went home and came back later in the afternoon, only to find that my name hadn’t been recorded in the booking system. There was no explanation offered by the staff member at the counter. She didn’t even try to book me back in urgently. It was just a sorry it’s not in here and there’s the door as we are booked out.
