Walked in and met no one. Called Outloud and the store phone and nothing. When they walked in, I must have been a ghost to them. Utterly rude, non responsive, and clearly didn't want my business. There is a pattern with this store and its "favored" customers. You'll get it, if and when you visit. I do not recommend.
Amazing!! This place just may be the Holy Grail of large scale railroad stores.
