Great experience.. Dylan’s a decent bloke and provided me with a simple plan and exercises to help build back to full fitness. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Knows his stuff. Easy to deal with. Money well spent.
Dylan is an amazing clinician, he is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and explains every step of treatment. He takes the fear out of visiting the gym, taking a personalised approach. He has definitely made a difference to the pain i was experiencing from trapped nerves.

Dylan is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable and I feel like he really listened to my concerns. Dylan explained really well what was going on with my back. I have had back problems for years on and off, but they had become much worse lately for many months.
