Amazing massages with Ash! Have seen her about 6 times so far and shes part of my monthly self-care routine. Excellent for those niggly shoulder spots and tight pecs from too much computer work. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing work!! I had an annoying pain for months and an aching lower back with tightness. I seriously had doubts at first believing i needed deep continuous heavy massage but be patient let them do their magic to feel results the next day. Fred is absolutely amazing and I can't thank him enough. I'll be a regular at this place. Also purchased amazing thongs. 😀
I would like to thank some people at the GC Physio as they really helped me in my journey in completing the 96km Kokoda challenge I have successfully finished it due to the three individuals there at the half way check point during the challenge with there Massage and knee tape I was able to make it through.
