Absolutely outstanding remedial massage — easily one of the best treatments I’ve had. Every individual staff member is happy and welcoming, even if you are not their client you will still be greeted in the waiting room. I had an exemplary experience with Trent, coming in with hip and lower back discomfort, and left wondering why I hadn’t done this 2 years ago. Listens to your needs, tailors the session to the exact problem, and provides some education around why it is what they do during the session. Already knew I would be a repeat client before a quarter way through the session!

Gary is absolutely AMAZING! I went to Gary after dislocating my shoulder, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better physiotherapist. From the moment I started my rehab, he was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my recovery. He explained every step of the process clearly and developed a plan that got me back to full strength faster than I expected. If you need a physio, especially for a tricky injury like a dislocated shoulder, go see Gary! He's truly the best.
