Absolutely terrible service from the director of this place, Alana I think her name is. Just cancelled our regular appointments with one of her OTs at a moment's notice after being with them for 9 months. Communication from senior management is also abrasive/confrontational — highly recommend you seek services elsewhere.
Incredible team that truly care for your child's well-being and progression. Absolutely lovely reception.
