Opening a new account have a Florida driver's license, SSI Card and two prices of mail showing where you live currently.
Wow!!!! Slowest place for processing a simple item I have ever been through. It shouldn't take 20 min to walk up to a teller to deposit a check. So far we are not impressed with this CU. We have choices and maybe we made the wrong one. We got three different answers from three different people to the same question asked. Maybe there should be more training done at this location. Everyone should be on the same page. More cross training to help with influx of people perhaps.

After 2–3 years of no dormancy fees, Gold Coast Federal Credit Union suddenly charged $10/month without ever informing me fees would start, draining my $80 account and closing it. I left a voicemail with a supervisor and was never called back. I am reporting the unfair fees and lack of transparency to the CFPB.
Direct deposit on payday is always avail in my account late in the morning or afternoon, they say it is my jobs payroll department fault when no one else that I work with has this issue. They constantly decline even small transactions even though I am in the window of 10 transactions per day (its either 10-15 debit, then credit card transactions they allow you per day) even though money is in the account to cover it they still decline.
