I came here bc this is a credit union service center. I needed cash in large bills and the teller told me to go back to my bank and get cash to exchange. She was mad I wasnt a member. Instead I went to the ATM outside and brought the money in to be exchanged for larger bills. If you dont want to serve other credit unions dont work at a service center. Im sick of people who hate customer service working in customer service, go work in the back with a computer.

57+ mins on hold starting at 9:20 am monday morning to get to talk to someone about my debit card fraud from the weekend. Fine, so long as you do not need to talk to someone I suppose.
