Terrible bank. Natasha is awesome though! I’d go kick it with her just because. Aside from her, it almost feels like an illegal institution. 🤷♂️
Got to this place from work 3 pm on a Friday and the door is lock close.

Gold cost credit union is a terrible institution, from the lack of empathy to zero shred of courtesy. These awful people only know to turn away customers. There are No alternatives, only "NO, I CAN'T", and "WE WILL NOT". The teller line needs re-education and needs to be restrained.
