I went thru the drive in. It took someone a long time to even acknowledge me. Then forever to process my deposit. I had told someone how i wanted my cash back. They gave me the wrong bills. HD to wait again. It was my first time there. I usually go to the one on congress.
The thing that I like the most about this bank so far is the staff. Always gentle and kind with their customers. At least, these have been my experience every time I go. Keep the excellent work!

Lisa has now assisted my husband and me with the purchase of our second vehicle, and once again, her service was top-notch. She is attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and makes the entire loan process easy and stress-free. Terrible bank. Natasha is awesome though! I’d go kick it with her just because. Aside from her, it almost feels like an illegal institution. 🤷♂️
