They are ok in person but on the phone I feel very rude ...... I had to go there to take care of something and was inundated by the smell of some air freshener or the employees horrible perfume.... DEAR GOLD COAST PEOPLE HAVE ASHTMA and allergies DO YOU REALIZE THAT ITs toxic NO perfume allowed no air fresheners.... NOTHING>>>>>> ITS HORRIBLE
