After 2–3 years of no dormancy fees, Gold Coast Federal Credit Union suddenly charged $10/month without ever informing me fees would start, draining my $80 account and closing it. I left a voicemail with a supervisor and was never called back. I am reporting the unfair fees and lack of transparency to the CFPB.
I have just completed my second auto loan with Gold Coast and I wanted to pass on how outstanding the service response has been and the great family atmosphere the staff projects. Special accolades go to Katie Johnson....super star !!!
