I went there several years back. I will never forget how rude he was. I called ahead and asked him if he was interested in buying my coins and he said yes. When I got there he said "I don't buy that stuff" real rudely! Instead he wanted to sell me stuff. Don't go there.

I entered. The owner said, "What do you want?" I said "I'd like to sell a 10th of an ounce of gold." He looked at it and slid it back across the counter severely scratching the air-tite case while saying, "I'll give you $100 for it." Spot price as of today is $143 for a tenth. Rude, entitled, & uneducated on his so called profession. Don't even stop in for a look. He has empty soda cans in the glass case. I'm completely serious about that.

This guy has a terrible attitude. Much better prices (30% better) elsewhere.

I call and ask about having a few coins looked at, they told me I could come in and they would be happy to look at them, when I got there I informed them I was looking for the value. again I was told no problem. then things went down hill, after telling me they don't keep track of silver prices, they made a low offer, and when I told them I was going to get another appraisal, they decide to charge me for the quick glance at my coins.
