The young girl I encountered was clearly in a foul mood because she behaved as if she couldn't stand the sight of me. Her attitude tarnished my view of the entire establishment; they need to have a talk with her about customer service.
The customer service is wonderful they will listen to you and also work with you. If I ever have to do any business again it will definitely be with them.
When financial trouble struck, as it is want to do, we were at our wits end. Having no choices but bad ones we selected on my wife's wedding ring. Sadly the most anybody would offer to us was $125. Way short from what we actually needed to meet our financial obligations. Gold city was the last place we visited even if it hadn't worked out we were pretty much just through all of the pawn shops.
