Overall the whole building has improved. I have worked at gold choice for awhile and we have had several resident service mangers☹️. But the current resident service manger is doing an incredible job. I remember there was 2 people in the office and NOTHING was being done. They was always behind or had stacks and stacks of paper everywhere. Front desk and administrative and management is very helpful. I can always go to them and get an answer. The staff is very helpful and nice.

The food is stellar. The staff is friendly and helpful by & large. They ordered furniture for my room and put it together on site. I have a large closet, shower and sink for my personal use. These guys are doing everything right! I feel very fortunate to be here.

Horrible!!! only put your parent here if you are discarding them. The Management is horrible, staff is unqualified. Place is not clean. smell of piss every, rooms organized not clean just removed my parent, the dust and dirt on her stuff was so bad you can write your name in it. residents locked out of there rooms all day. everything you send them with will disappear in 24 hours, never to be found again. poor medical attention, i removed her yesterday and taking to emergency room today. was not notified of large mass on stom... read more
