The VA sent Goins Appraisals over to appraise the property I was purchasing and he was awful at best. I am filing a complaint with the BREA of California against Goins Appraisals. Anyone else who has used this guy and been ripped off should fill out the simple form and file a complaint. It only takes 15 minutes. Obie Goins was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Obie Goins appraisals are full of errors and omissions and he doesn't care. I had to take him to small claims to get my money back. If you can avoid him please do.
