Not a great experience with them
Buying a bunk bed sight unseen, during Covid lockdowns was a daunting thought, however the amazing customer service offered by Going Bunks made the process easy. They were more than happy to answer all my questions, offer suggestions and help me find what I was looking for within my budget. Our new bunk was delivered super quick, was easy to assemble and fantastic quality. Very happy with the fantastic service and product, would highly recommend!
Thankyou so much for such an amazing experience. The team @ going bunks just eased our stress, an during this covid pandemic, they have assisted our little princess in building up her dream room. As parents we didn't even need to get involved, they did such a remarkable job with sharing ideas an helping out our little 6 year old, we just enjoyed our cup of coffee whilst this smooth online transaction took place. We brought the burn yard bunks and love them ! Very heavy, the finishs are amazing, the customer service through to the delivery boys was out standing! Communication was great from start to finish. Will recommend to everyone
