Received the generator nine months ago in those nine months we have not been able to have the generator running first issue with generator as it come off the truck. There was not a pre-start done on this generator. There was no oil in this generator then what it did get started. It was the starter motor issue. We got the starter motor issue sorted Our electrician indicated to us that it had been wired wrong from the get go it blew the motherboard when our electrician wired into the house power.
