Very disappointed with this generator. I bought a 23kva for solar backup and the revs & voltages bounce all over the place like someone is revving the throttle. It causes all the lights in the house to flicker on and off, and shuts down some appliances including expensive aircon units. Aftersales support have refused to inspect or fix it, and I only live 3h from Sydney. I am seeking a refund for this generator, but so far they are refusing. Pay the extra for a quality brand is my advice.
Great machine and happy with the process
All pretty straight forward and a good price compared to a number of competitors.
The Gogopower team was great to deal with. I will be using them again on the next project.
GoGopower supplied our company (Via our electrical contractor) with a backup diesel electrical generator. During the procurement and installation process, the details of the unit and its installation location was vetted and confirmed by gogopower representative as being suitable and SERVICABLE.
