Still not sure how they got scheduled for my Mom's pickup, but Ezra took extra care with my Mom. He and Raul returned just before completion of her eye surgery, brought her back safely. Ezra took time to assist her out of the wheelchair and back into her comfy recliner chair. Thank You for your service guys. Hoping we can schedule additional transportation for her Physical Therapy appointments.
I cannot give enough praise my driver Felipe’s care! He went above and beyond to be sure I was on time and was waiting for me at the door upon discharge, and truly helped my anxiety disappear before my surgery. Thank you Felipe and team for an easy and comfortable experience pre and post surgery!
They permanently banned my dad because I took 3 mins to talk to the manager at the health center about health issues while i was escorting him because he can't do paperwork and other stuff because he's severely disabled. They always come an hour late go to the wrong address lie on the phone about our appointment or just straight up leave so they can help someone else like were a double dash order, but God forbid i take a few mins.
Today was my second trip with Go-Go I had Dom and Nina and they are wonderful I really wish I would have gotten the names of the gentleman that brought me home from the hospital this company employs very caring people they listen they talk to you they even go so far as to cheer you up I loved my trip home from the hospital they played Bohemian Rhapsody on the way home and it just really had me feeling good they are a wonderful company and I say thank you
