Promptly to their activity This bus company fulfills its promises. Customer service is courteous, prompt on answering my request. The driver pick us up at the hotel on time. The driver made just enough small talk, but did not intervene in our conversation. He also talk the initiative to give us the alternate route as there is an activity on the are during our travel. Great Worked Company!!! My family host a trip for a group of friends and our Kids in Chicago. We used Gogo Charters for the bus, and it worked out great. Best for all transpo needs Shofur Limo is the best for your special transpo needs. We called them up during the holidays for a christmas party and everything was great even it's peak season. They are on time and friendly. The Limo and the driver were totally clean, I don't have any room for complaints.
