Fast, friendly service. They solved an issue quickly and my phone was good as new. Highly recommend.
I took my Samsung phone in for an issue. They immediately looked into the issue. They informed me it could possibly be repaired but it would require sending it off for the repair. Also the option to purchase a new phone with some recommendations for the models of phone that do not seem to have issues. Amazing service , and great recommendations. Thank you. This is the kind of customer service I have rarely experienced and mostly from years ago.
