Staff was extremely helpful, I appreciated the low pressure sales atmosphere and never felt that they expected me to purchase anything. They allowed us to try multiple chairs before we selected the one that we wanted. They offer delivery to a fairly wide service area for about $50, $100 if further away. We opted to pick our chair up and they had it disassembled and wrapped to prevent damage. Great selection of furniture from many dependable brands.
Over the years I’ve made several purchases at Goettlers Fine Furniture. Most recently a custom sectional, a fine carpet and ottoman for pride of place in my new cottage. I return to Goettlers every time because of their extensive selection of ‘Made in Canada’ furniture, unparalleled customer service, great design advice and friendly staff. If by chance anything goes wrong Vivi, Stephan and the Goettlers team make it right. I have no hesitation recommending Goettlers or giving a 5++ star review!
The staff are very friendly and helpful , and the selection is amazing . Always a pleasure to shop at Goettlers !
