Called the other day for an appointment. Never got a call back. Responding 4 months later to my review yet you state you strive on responding. Regardless of being busy, communication goes a long way. A callback stating you can't assist is very helpful versus never reaching back out to a customer. On that basis alone I'd never hire you or recommend your business.
