I always have a great time in this establishment.
If I could give zero stars I will not because of the store or prices/ but your sales representatives they are the rudest persons Jessica/ Cindy act like you’re asking for free parts and they refuse to help right away and give you the worst attitude they super uneducated , maybe that’s something you need to work on if you want your customers to be happy. Truck Driver perspective: Delivered here with 18 wheeler, sleeper cab. It is not possible to enter off of Garden Oaks Blvd, unless you have your tandems all the way forward, even then might be cutting it close. Best to go around the building from the back. Entrance is last door at the end of the building. Leo in the warehouse was very professional, did not rush me and I took my time to Dock. Quick Unload. Overall a very good experience. Very organized and well run operation. Would love to deliver here again.
If I could give zero Stars I would, the lady that answered jessica, was very rude and not helpful from the beginning of the phone call up until I physically went to go place and pick up my blower. Refused to help me because I didn't have the correct information. I felt personally attacked and labeled by her refusal to help me.
