Replying to John F. negative review! I was also involved in this case. Mr. Goertzel was appointed by the Court. He did a very thorough investigation and the Judge approved his recommendations after hearing a full day trial. Not only that, but the reviewer was ordered to pay my attorney fees because the Judge found his conduct in this case justified making him pay my fees.
