Needed a lift chair desperately because of bad back. Bought one on a Thursday. Couldn't deliver chair until Saturday. When it was delivered the power supply was missing. Called store, they said they'd deliver power supply on Tuesday. That didn't happen. So 4 days after setting chair in home I still don't have a working chair. Now I've been promised delivery of power supply tomorrow. Beware... Mickey Mouse operation!
The store and sales people in general are great. Having to deal with their services guys has not been great.
Entire experience was A+ No pressure sales, top notch service. Sarah was extremely helpful and a delight to do business with. We lost track of time and ended up staying way past their nomral business hours but we weren't shoed out. Apologies to the young man that had to wait we just lost track of time. But we got everything we were looking for, for a fair deal, with all the extras. Delivery guys were top notch too, very mindful and respectful to our home.
