Terrible. Eugene Laurenzi and his paralegal Latonia took my case and strung me along for over a year. Communication was terrible seeing as they never followed up when they said they would; I would always have to call them. They exhausted my statute of limitations period, stringing me along. The last I heard from them my case was going to court "in 30 days." That was almost 4 months ago. I never heard back from them since.
