I would like others to know the first analysis charge ($75) is not an analysis. It’s for them to simply say yes or no to taking the case. I was under the impression from Gabriel that I would be getting more feedback about the case and how they would approach it on their end. I provided information they requested and followed up in my end. When I said I was dissatisfied and just wanted my refund they refused. Please be aware of this before contacting them.
