ZERO way to get in touch with them if you are not in the UK. No WhatsApp business chat, no landing form on their site, no email address, no international number. It is urgent to speak with them. This is a crazy way to run a business. Update : It is now THREE YEARS of me trying to get to my mortgage. I have come back to the UK and called them. I am trying to get my account statements. The free phone number does not work when outside the uk and impossible to find landline number!

Bank base rate has been cut again, so when are Godiva going to reduce their SVR (Standard variable rate) down from 7.09%! Come on Godiva, the world of customers is watching and expecting you to do the right thing!
