Bank base rate has been cut again, so when are Godiva going to reduce their SVR (Standard variable rate) down from 7.09%! Come on Godiva, the world of customers is watching and expecting you to do the right thing!
ZERO way to get in touch with them if you are not in the UK. No WhatsApp business chat, no landing form on their site, no email address, no international number. It is urgent to speak with them. This is a crazy way to run a business.
Brilliant telephone customer services. Answering call quickly, call handler has human touch with great listening. I explained the reason for my call (self assessment tax return). I was taken through security in two steps. The call was not complicated and I felt reassured with the information and time frames for me requested. I have been a customer for a few years and I have found the call centre staff lovely and professional.
