The chocolate is extremely overpriced for its quality. They can’t even compete with World’s Finest Chocolate. Would not recommend.
Horrible customer service. I have had great experience with Godiva for years. Warm welcome and conversation with premium chocolate goods. This is why I keep coming back. Today, I don't know what got into the head of the on duty person, who treated me as if I am visiting a pun shop in a slum. I was trying to know what options I have but then she got mad. Last year the experience was much better, they offered a samples from different boxes, offered compliments and asked for my business card - it really felt that they appreciated my business, so I'm not sure what changed since then. I’m buying a lot of boxes for over $1000 per purchase and would expect a bit more care. This time it did not feel as I’m a valuable customer.
