We cannot thank the Godfrey Miller Center (GMC) enough for its outstanding hospitality. It has truly become the welcoming home of the Shenandoah Valley Tapestry, a 4.5' by 6' community embroidery project that beautifully depicts 34 historic buildings of Winchester and the surrounding area. We utilized the Godfrey Miller Center Pavilion for our annual Church Council retreat. The room presented a bright and cheery environment for our meeting. We were able to easily organize the space for a whole group meeting as well as a break into small groups for conversation of retreat topics. We have hosted numerous baby showers, birthday parties, and events at the Pavilion. It is a beautiful space, and the perfect place for gatherings and parties. Located in downtown Winchester, it is the perfect location. The in room kitchenette makes hosting easy, it is handicap accessible, and restrooms are accessible and adjacent the space. The large windows give plenty of natural light, and the room can be decorated to fit any event. Can't recommend it enough!
Great venue to host my daughter’s bridal shower! Several flexible options with room set up and supplies worked out very well! Thanks to Jason and Anna for answering all my questions and your support to make this a memorable event!👍❤️👍❤️👍
I have hosted a bridal shower and baby shower at Godfrey Miller Center. It was the perfect space to host a party. The pavilion is great with the kitchenette and handicap accessibility. I was easily able to decorate and make the space my own. I highly recommend this space.
