I brought my rarely used , brand new bike there that I bought else where as it kept getting a flat tire. What the tech diagnosed were several part installed incorrectly, plus defected parts on my bike. They are very professional and are bike and bike equipment experts. Paula is friendly and knowledgeable as is the gentleman that works with her. I was on the Guelph to Goderich bike trail and encountered tire issues. I needed quick service so that I could re-join my group the next day for the return ride to Guelph. The staff at Goderich Bike Shop were very accommodating, offering immediate emergency service and I was able to be back on the road in about one hour. Thank you!

Excellent top notch bike shop!! Paula and Brendan do an excellent job and are very helpful and definitely go out of their way to take care of their customers! I come from Toronto to get my E-Bike serviced there and I wouldn't ever take it anywhere else! I highly recommend!!
