I wish I could give no stars. I never give negative reviews since I come from the service industry so I can relate and understand but this is necessary. I got two groupons for a services one for my mom and one for my step-mom back in February. They both have been really stressed so thought this will help out. Three months later they are still unable to book an appointment. My step mom called to do an appointment and she received very poor customer service. THIS COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!! They closed as of May all of a sudden in which I had a massage scheduled and then claimed they would refund me money and never did.
Nice calming atmosphere and very friendly staff.
