I worked with Steve Lowe at the Carmel location and am very happy. He answered all my questions and was very patient while doing so. He took not right to the bedroom sets I was interested in and pointed out the features of each and then left me alone to look around and check them out. He was careful to make sure that what I wanted was in stock at the warehouse. That was important to meet my timeline. It was an excellent experience working with him and the store.
