This is like scam company we buy a buffet the furniture come damaged can't return because was a custome order, we, most 25% rest tacking fee is not are problem if come damaged the want to repaired Want send it back after is repaired.

This item was indeed custom ordered specifically for this customer. Furniture vendors do not allow us to return items to the factory, however we stand behind the products we sell. There is a slight imperfection on a drawer front that can be easily resolved. We have already made arrangements to make the repair to the item.

Do yourself a favor don't buy anything from this company. They don't stand behind the products or the customer . what a waste of money spent 5000.00

Great time with customer service and shopping experience. We purchased a recliner with the extended warranty. We later purchased 2 couches and 2 extended warranties. Recliner started acting up on us. We filed a warranty claim to have someone come take a look at it. Initially, claim was denied without someone coming to check it out. I called the Store Manager. She was very nice and said she would look into it. All of a sudden, claim was approved and a tech came to our house. He said that there was items that needed to be repa... read more

We reached out to Guardsman warranty on behalf of ********************** upon seeing this comment. The parts are on order from the manufacturer. Once the parts arrive, ********************** should call Guardsman to arrange for a technician to install the parts.

Been promised a resolution on an expensive 5 seater couch. NO response after 1 year. Frustrating to have salesperson and management promise a resolution, but NEVER keep their word to help. Always an excuse to help and dont follow through on helping. Once they got our money it changed their personalities to one of smiles and kindness to total avoidance. We do apologize for the lengthy timeframe. Our repair service portal indicates the customer was contacted on 4/23/2024 to inform that the repair parts were on order. Once they arrive, a technician will be scheduled to install.

We purchase a bedroom set and two twin mattresses and adjustable frame from Godby. We were told at the time of purchase that the mattresses came with two $100. gift cards as a promotion.Well, two months later I called to find out about the gift cards and was NOW told that the mattresses did not qualify for the promotion . The original sales person is not there right now and no one will do anything about this. Stay away from them. They are not trustworthy and will tell you anything to get a sale!

We believe the customer did shop and look at several different mattresses during this promotion. The promotion applied to certain mattresses, but not all mattresses. Ultimately, the customer chose a mattress that did not qualify for the gift card promotion.

We bought a Matress a very expensive Matress I might add was told we had 100 day satisfaction guarantee we called before time was up and was told they cant help us call the manufacturer well I bought the Matress from Godby not the manufacturer but they got their money . I would stay clear of this place. I will be taking them to court and Im sure they will find a way out of it Im not sure how they stay in business but Ill tell everybody who listens my horrible experience .

We believe ************** spoke with a sales associate over the weekend, and not a manager. Our sales manager reached out to ************** today upon hearing of the complaint, however he was informed that ************** was too busy to speak today. We will reach out to ************** again tomorrow to inform him of all available options to remedy his issue.

I purchased leather furniture from them costing right at ******** on July of 2021I reported immediately that the chair had a worn areathey sent me to this person then that personfinally they sent someone out the agent that works for the company that does repairs said that the chair needed to be replacedas well as ottomanthey call here and there its now December and if not gotten anything replacedrefunded or an apology from main officethe sales person feels badbut his hands are tiedthats a lot of money on furniture to have to... read more

I purchased a sectional in September 2020 and it was delivered in November 2020. The beginning of January 2021 the recliner end of the sectional broke, the middle of the seat is literally broken in half. This is a $5000 regular priced sectional so should not break after less than 2 months of use. I notified Godby in January and they told me that I had to contact their service company which is Tri County Furniture Repair. I heartily agree with John R. I ordered from Godby in early October and was told I would have my order in late November. It took 4 phone calls (each time I was promised someone would get back to me) to find out that there is a delay. I was then told it would be early January. Here I am still waiting with no word regarding my order. I sent an email to Godby through "Contact" on their website almost 2 weeks ago. No response.
