This transportation company is the worst I don’t understand how they’re even in business!!! Today marks the second time they missed one of my very important appointments not to mention customer service doesn’t care nor are they professional! STAY AWAY FROM SCHEDULING WITH THIS COMPANY
They told me my Detroit, Wayne mental health. Was closed and that was a lie and they hung up on me. They were really rude and I heard they drive really crazy.I'll never ever call them ever again. worst transportation service ever.
Here’s my personal and honest experience with Godspeed Transportation. Perhaps I should be more grateful that it’s provided free, however, the thing that made me dread going to my appointments and having to rely on them since I have no transportation of my own is the wait times.
