Kim was awesome, got to and from my appointment with ease!
Godspeed has truly awful service and customer service. They are constantly late picking people up for their scheduled appointments, sometimes arriving nearly two hours late for the ride home. Other times, they simply don’t show up at all, even when the ride has been confirmed. Their system is always “not working right,” and their customer service representative consistently has an attitude when doing her job. Just like when I used to use them 6 years ago…….TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. . They claim they don’t know where there drivers are, so the receptionist can’t get an eta. They have the worst dispatch system ever. The wait times are terrible going home. Been waiting for an hour and I don’t even have a guesstimate of when they’re coming. So I don’t know If I can grab food. My son is autistic and his patience is short. If you can schedule your transportation with uber medical, you should. They will pay for it if you have Medicaid.... read more
Mrs. Nelson is not a very good "Office Manager" she lacks empathy, phone etiquette and flat out lied about an appointment that was scheduled on Friday September 19 at 2:45 pm for today September 22, 2025 at 11:00 am.
