These people took over Covenant Waste and Covenant was a well respected and awesome company. Never had a problem with these God fearing people. But when God Bless THE USA took over there was problem after problem! Most of the time, they never even showed up on pickup days to dump my trash, and several times they changed my pickup days without notice! The guys on the trucks would throw your trash receptacle leaving it broken on its side or blocking your mailbox, so you received no mail on that day! Now they are trying to bull... read more

This company was impossible to deal with. We only had half our pick ups done, but paid full price. We were told we would not have to pay for three months, but got a bill. Days when no pick up happened, were told someone would pick up, again, not done. On the phone frequently. Finally fired them, took nearly 2 weeks to pick up can. Was told it would take 3 - 5 days. Had to call frequently to get can removed. Seems that what you are told on the phone, does not translate to someone actually doing the job. I asked twice for bill... read more

They have absolutely the rudest people in the office I have yet to encounter. They seem to have the monopoly for trash collection in this area, and because of that they believe that customer service does not matter. If I had a choice I would definitely never chose to give my business to this company.

These people are crooked thieves that stole Covenant Waste and hurt a lot of good employees.
