I was over an hour late to my destination. I called the customer service line to see where my ride and they wouldn't pick up and when they did, the last I was talking to hung up before I finished talking.

This service used to be amazing,no problem what so ever scheduling rides,within a 3 day period.now can't get rides they tell you to call 2 weeks in advance still nothing, or they can drop you off but can't pick you back up or whatever, and they pick you up 2 or 3 hours before you are scheduled to be dropped off or 3 or more hours to be picked up, drivers are very nice and willing to work with the customer, and say they a lot of times are sent home because of lack of riders, because of dispatch and the way they book rides, an... read more

We used Go Bus for the first time today and it was awesome! Mike was our first driver and gave us careful instructions on how to board and exit. We both use walkers and felt very safe and comfortable. Our second driver was amazing and we are so thankful!

Love the Gobus service, every driver I've interacted with is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for getting around. These rural areas.
