First time customer. Ordered a part off their website based on its picture and description. Part that was delivered was not what was pictured. Called and spoke to someone about it, they informed me the picture was incorrect and, that I could return it, however, I’d have to pay shipping. Was not happy with that, they offered to send me a return label but, not refund the $20 shipping fee I paid.
