Please be advised of the in-store credit policy for returns. While this policy may be standard for firearms and ammunition, it was unexpected in the case of a knife sharpening system purchased and returned within one day of the sale. There was no indication of this policy at the point of sale or on the receipt. Regrettably, this experience has led to a decision to discontinue patronage of this local business.
This was my first visit to the store, so I didn't know what I was walking into. The outside has little to be desired, but it's what's inside that matters. They have a huge selection of on-hand firearms, Ammunition making supplies, on and on. I was helped immediately as there was just a few customers. The overall customer service that I experienced during this first visit was fantastic. Zero complaints. I was assisted with my transaction from start to finish. I'll definitely be back. For sure.
