First time customer. Ordered a part off their website based on its picture and description. Part that was delivered was not what was pictured. Called and spoke to someone about it, they informed me the picture was incorrect and, that I could return it, however, I’d have to pay shipping. Was not happy with that, they offered to send me a return label but, not refund the $20 shipping fee I paid. Please be advised of the in-store credit policy for returns. While this policy may be standard for firearms and ammunition, it was unexpected in the case of a knife sharpening system purchased and returned within one day of the sale. There was no indication of this policy at the point of sale or on the receipt. Regrettably, this experience has led to a decision to discontinue patronage of this local business.
