Honestly this place has been terrible for me recently. When I went to them for tax season this year there were zero issues. But when I came back asking to get help with amending some taxes from previous years, this place has been terrible. I’ve been trying to get this done and have been communicating with them since May. Called this week after months of trying, including coming in person, and was told to come in today to pick up my taxes that need amended. Well I came in today and nobody is here. Bob goble has been my accountant since about 1980. He has been wonderful and helpful. He is honest and now’s the tax laws. Up dates yearly. He is trustworthy. I can’t thank him enough. He is the man to go to. He became more than a friend he is like family to us.
