Cool outdoorsy shop.
Employees not helpful or welcoming. Will talk smack on whoever just left the store. Vibes 1/10. Store seemed well stocked. Would have considered buying some shoes if they weren’t so caught up talking about other customers after the left.
This is the most AMAZING store!!!! I instantly fell in love with all their products offered foods gear Omgoodnesss so much to offer hiking skiing climbing but i was impressed with their bulk food items and all the foods being so good for you NATURALS & Organics
Good selection, knowledgeable staff, and fair prices (particularly considering the relatively remote location). Highly recommended if you forgot something, your gear broke, or find yourself wishing you had something to make your excursion better. Huge trip saver.
We were in the area (staying in Winthrop) in mid June 2024 and rented a couple of (hard tail) mountain bikes for 3 hours for $30 each at this establishment in Mazama. The store personnel were very helpful in recommending rides on the local trails, which are very scenic and in great condition, thanks to Methow Community Trails. We didn't have a way to transport the bikes on our rental car, but didn't need to, since the trails start just outside the store. The adjacent store has great sandwiches too!
