I love the strength training class and personalized training. I started going to learn how to exercise safely and better understand pain. I also wanted to feel more comfortable in a gym setting and move past some of my exercise hangups. I ended up building confidence and joy in movement. You have to check this place out! Colleen is wonderful. I have never had a physical therapist who has helped me so much! Very professional and knowledgeable! All of the other PT'S are so warm and welcoming!
