I’m so thankful for Tiffany’s help and expertise during my postpartum recovery. She was amazing at explaining her assessments and how we were going to address areas of concern during therapy. I always felt like she would listen to how I was feeling and adjust exercises accordingly. She’s the best!
I can’t recommend Tiffany enough! She makes you feel completely comfortable in a situation that could easily feel awkward. She’s extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things clearly. What I appreciate most is that she isn’t about quick fixes. she’s genuinely invested in your overall well-being. Her bedside manner is excellent, she’s personable, attentive, and I’ve never once felt rushed. Every visit feels thorough and supportive, and I always leave feeling cared for and confident about my progress.

I waited so long to find help with my pelvic floor because I just thought I could make do or because I could find some social media influencer to just give me the tips to make it better. But what Tiffany has been able to help me with - in person- real time feedback - internal exams - is absolutely invaluable. I truly believe I could not have had the progress I have had in any other format outside in person therapy. Helping me make assessments and adjustments in real time.
