A game-changer for pregnancy and postpartum! Working with Dr. Tiffany helped me feel so empowered and prepared heading into birth. She worked with me postpartum and I can't believe how much of a difference pelvic floor exercises have made in my life!
Okay so Tiffany is the sweetest person! From the very first visit, she made me feel so welcome and took all of the potential awkward out of everything. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave a thorough explanation for everything that she was doing. We worked on birth prep, which was so helpful and then after birth, Tiffany helped put my sacrum back to where it was supposed to go. I'm grateful I got to work with Tiffany. She made my pregnancy journey pre and post that much better.
