The guys I met earlier were so amazing and friendly and today was just horrific. Same store such a different experience. They had put new tubes last week and today I just wanted a little more air so walked in . The pump was not fitting in and the dude declared my tire was gone and the tube had popped . I said the tube was fine and I just came in to top up the air and in the process of putting the pump the existing air went out. Let's call them the Fantastic 4, cause they were legit amazing, honest, & humble. I walked in with my 2023 SuperSix Evo 3, that started doing a weird/ugly popping creaking noise. All 4 got together & figured it out. It happend to me my seat-post. They Re-torqued it to the correct specifications why re-applying Carbon Therma Paste & boom just like that my bike was fixed. These guys are always super nice and knowledgeable. This last time they found the finest shards of metal that had popped my tire that were still stuck in it. No way I would have found them on my own.
