Val was great—knowledgeable and helpful throughout. However, the shorter gentleman working there was extremely rude and made the experience uncomfortable. I was asking about a tire for my mountain bike and wanted to understand how safe it would be for mountain conditions. Val pointed me to a tire designed for that use, but I wanted a little more assurance—just some general feedback about how well it would perform. Great tune-up for a reasonable price
Came in the shop early right when they opened because of tire issues (my own fault), and they were very friendly and quick to help me with replacing the tire for a very reasonable price. They were so fast I was even able to catch my ferry to Santa Catalina, they basically made my weekend!
affordable bike repairs
Went in pretty close to closing time just to browse their selection. I didn't catch the employees name but dude was super nice and helpful, and happily stopped what he was doing to show me a couple bikes.
