Let's call them the Fantastic 4, cause they were legit amazing, honest, & humble. I walked in with my 2023 SuperSix Evo 3, that started doing a weird/ugly popping creaking noise. All 4 got together & figured it out. It happend to me my seat-post. They Re-torqued it to the correct specifications why re-applying Carbon Therma Paste & boom just like that my bike was fixed. These guys are always super nice and knowledgeable. This last time they found the finest shards of metal that had popped my tire that were still stuck in it. No way I would have found them on my own.
Could have been way better
Val was great—knowledgeable and helpful throughout. However, the shorter gentleman working there was extremely rude and made the experience uncomfortable. I was asking about a tire for my mountain bike and wanted to understand how safe it would be for mountain conditions. Val pointed me to a tire designed for that use, but I wanted a little more assurance—just some general feedback about how well it would perform.
