First i want to say everyone has different experiences. You can't please everyone. But I had a good experience despite some of the other reviews I read. I haven't used this service in a long time so it was all new to me again. I traveled from NY to Easton, PA with my son.There was a little miscommunication about the pick up time due to the language barrier ( predominantly spanish speaking) but it wasn't a big issue for me. Terrible service. They have no patience or respect. My grandmother had to travel with them, she’s an elderly person, and they expect her to walk as if she were a teenager. They call you and treat you as if they were giving you a free ride, speaking in an aggressive tone and acting like they’re your parents. I absolutely do not recommend them.
I am never taking this van service again let alone to Brooklyn these people got me to NYC at 7/7:30 I did not make it too Brooklyn until 10pm today after picking someone else up and dropping them off before me on top of that decided to charge me more the next day too come back to PA I will be calling today for a half refund or I will be contacting my bank too dispute charges

As a first time customer I am really pleased with the service and will recommend to all of my friends. First, I was met by the dispatcher Darleen and she was so nice. Then I was driven by Julio to my destination, and he was really engaging and jolly.
