Worst phone customer service ever. Don’t waste your money with them
As a first time customer I am really pleased with the service and will recommend to all of my friends. First, I was met by the dispatcher Darleen and she was so nice. Then I was driven by Julio to my destination, and he was really engaging and jolly.
Julio and Darlene are the best drivers on Go! Express. They made the my ride smooth and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 20/10: no notes!
Receptionist is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in this and any other business. Would never recommend.
