Terrible service. They have no patience or respect. My grandmother had to travel with them, she’s an elderly person, and they expect her to walk as if she were a teenager. They call you and treat you as if they were giving you a free ride, speaking in an aggressive tone and acting like they’re your parents. I absolutely do not recommend them.
I am never taking this van service again let alone to Brooklyn these people got me to NYC at 7/7:30 I did not make it too Brooklyn until 10pm today after picking someone else up and dropping them off before me on top of that decided to charge me more the next day too come back to PA I will be calling today for a half refund or I will be contacting my bank too dispute charges

Darleen was phenomenal dispatcher she was so nice and soft-spoken. And Julio was a very interactive driver, he always greats me with a warm smile, and I am guaranteed a friendly conversation everytime I board the bus.
Julio and Darlene are the best drivers on Go! Express. They made the my ride smooth and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 20/10: no notes!
