Darleen was phenomenal dispatcher she was so nice and soft-spoken. And Julio was a very interactive driver, he always greats me with a warm smile, and I am guaranteed a friendly conversation everytime I board the bus.

As a first time customer I am really pleased with the service and will recommend to all of my friends. First, I was met by the dispatcher Darleen and she was so nice. Then I was driven by Julio to my destination, and he was really engaging and jolly.

This transportation company has the best customer service representatives around, I was able to speak to Jennyfer who was not only polite but efficient and courteous.
