Totally useless. Booked a vehicle online,.all good, or so I thought. Get a phone call at the end of the day telling me "sorry we don't have that car available". They then proceed to offer me another vehicle which was of zero use. Do not recommend.
Used this Company for the first time and had the worst experience ever! Booked & paid for a Ute online and location close to me to pick up only to go there and there was no vehicle. Called their Team only to be told to collect a van instead from 2 suburbs away. They told me because of the inconvenience they would extend my rental return an hour extra only to get my invoice and refund with funds deducted for the hour promised over the phone, DO NOT USE this business.
