Car not available. Unreliable. Booked a high top van from Vic Gardens, but when I got there to collect I couldn’t find the van. I rang them and they found my booking and told me they don’t have a high top van at that location and their website shouldn’t have let me book it. Left me with no suitable van option so I had to cancel all the arrangements I had made for using it. Unreliable, go elsewhere.

I had hired a truck and when I arrived, it wasn’t there. Took me three phone calls and 45 minutes waiting, When I eventually had to call back again and was told that the person hadn’t returned it and that if I was okay to wait around until they did. They couldn’t give me a time as I hadn’t been able to get into the person who had it. I’d already been waiting for almost an hour, For them to just call me back and tell me what was going on.
