Overall a very good experience. Pickup and return of vehicle on the day of use was a breeze. The booking was a bit challenging for me as I am over 75 so had to get an age exemption over the phone & pay slightly higher bond. The lady who assisted me was understanding and patient. The hi-top van I rented was perfect for the job required. Would definitely use Go With Gecko again.
Absolutely horrible service. Hired a van.. then didn't have said van and gave us a different van. After booking a small van gave a large van and then charged extra after this mistake... photos of the van were taken upon picking up and delivering showing no damage to the van. The car was returned fully filled up with fuel, with 4 tires on the vehicle. They have since claimed that it had a dead battery although the radio was never used.. the vehicle was only used during the morning with no headlights or lights needed or turned... read more
